Ana Herndon, BA

Incoming 1st Year PhD Student

Ana Herndon is an incoming first-year Ph.D. student in the Micro Management of Organizations program at the Haas School of Business. Ana graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Policy in 2025 at Duke University. Before joining Haas, Herndon was a member of Dr. Sarah Gaither’s Duke Identity and Diversity Lab studying group interactions and perceptions, and a Lab Manager for Dr. Angelica Leigh at Duke University studying cross-racial friendships and diversity perceptions. Ana is interested in group perceptions, workplace norms, and conversations about difference.
