Analexis Glaude is a 4th-year PhD student in the Management of Organizations (micro) department at Haas. She studies creativity and innovation in organizational contexts. Specifically, she studies how perceptions of creativity and innovation can affect organizational outcomes such as hiring, firing, and promotions. Her dissertation focuses on disentangling creativity from innovation and exploring how lay people think about what it means to be creative vs. innovative. Analexis is also a certified HR professional (SHRM-CP) and will be pursuing a career in learning and development after graduating.
